Without designers, yarn is nothing but soft, colorful string sitting on
a shelf. Designers bring yarn to life, inspiring all of us to be our
creative best. It's a challenging job: come up with ideas, consider
what the client wants, be original, sketch, swatch, repeat, repeat,
repeat, write a basic pattern or draw a schematic, crochet or knit the
project, frog, rework, frog, rework, frog, rework, make notes, change
notes, write pattern and finally send to the client (us) - and wait for
the "It's great!" from the client. Whew! These designers are truly
amazing!
