One pair size U.S. 8 (5mm) needles or size to obtain gauge.

Note: Gauge is not critical for this project.

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS

Neckwrap measures approximately 5½”/14cm wide x 37"/94cm long (unstretched)

 

GAUGE

In Lace Rib Stitch (unstretched), 24 sts and 18 rows = 4"/10cm

 

LACE RIB STITCH (multiple of 4 sts plus 1):

Row 1 (RS): K1, *yo, k2 tog, p1, k1.  Rep from * across.

Row 2: P1, *yo, p2tog, k1, p1.  Rep from * across.

Rep Rows 1 and 2 for Lace Rib St.

 

NECKWRAP

CO 33 sts. Work in Lace Rib St until piece measures 37” or until ball of yarn is used up. 

BO.

 

FINISHING

Using yarn needle, weave in all ends. Block gently, if desired.
