FINISHING Block pieces to measurements. Sew shoulder seams. Neckband With RS facing and crochet hook size D/3, work 1 row sc, then 1 row Rev sc up Right front around Back neck and down Left Front. Work 1 row sc, then 1 row Rev sc around armholes. Tie Join double strand of yarn at beg of left front V-neck dec and make a 9” chain. Work sc in each ch. Fasten off. Join double strand of yarn at beg of right front V-neck and make a 9” chain and complete as for left front chain. Using yarn needle, weave in all ends.
