(70% Acrylic/30% Bamboo; 2.5oz/70.8g, 138yds/127m):
#003 Sunset (MC): 3 balls

#0007 Aquatica (B): 2 balls

#0004 Kiwi (C): 2 balls

One pair size U.S. 10 (6mm) needles or size to obtain gauge

KNITTED MEASUREMENTS

Approximately 20”/51cm wide x 75”/190.5cm long

 

GAUGE

Gauge is not critical for this project

 

STITCHES USED

Garter Stitch (Garter st):

Knit every row.

Almost Garter Stitch (Almost Garter st): 

Row 1 (RS):  Knit

Row 2: Knit.

Row 3: Knit.

Row 4: Purl.

Rep Rows 1-4 for Almost Garter st.

Honeycomb Lace (multiple of 2 sts + 3): 

Note: Alternate colors every 4 rows and carry yarn up side of wrap.

Row 1 (RS): Knit.

Row 2: Knit.

Row 3: K1, p1,*yo, p2tog, rep from * to last st, k1.

Row 4: Knit. 

Rep Rows 1-4 for Honeycomb Lace pat.

 

WRAP

Using MC, CO 75. Work in Garter st for 1 ½”, ending with a WS row.

Change to B and work Almost Garter st for 14” ending with a WS row. 

Change to MC and work in Honeycomb Lace pat alternating 4 rows each of MC, C and B for approx. 14”, ending with last row of B stripe on WS row. 

Change to MC and work 14” Almost Garter st for 14”, ending with a WS row.   

Change to C and work in Honeycomb Lace pat alternating 4 rows each of C, B and MC for approx 14”, ending with last row of MC stripe on WS row.

Change to C and work Almost Garter st for 14”, ending with a WS row. 

Change to MC and work in Garter st for 1 ½”.

FINISHING

Using yarn needle, weave in yarn ends.
