(75% Microdenier Acrylic/25% Merino Wool; 3oz/85g, 185yds/170m):
#0024 Black (A), 2 skeins; #0017 Claret (B) and #0016 Charcoal (C), 1 skein each

One pair size U.S. 9 (5.5mm) needles or size to obtain gauge
Cable needle (cn)

Tapestry needle

GAUGE

In rib pat, 20 sts and 28 rows =  4"/10 cm.

 

SPECIAL ABBREVIATIONS

C3F: Slip next st onto cable needle (cn) and hold at front of work, k next 2 sts from left hand needle, then k st from cn.

C3B: Slip next 2 sts onto cable needle (cn) and hold at back of work, k next st from left hand needle, then k 2 sts from cn,

C4F: Slip next 2 sts onto cable needle (cn) and hold at front of work, k next 2 sts from left hand needle, then k 2 sts from cable needle
 

NOTES

When changing colors, with pick up new color from under dropped color.

FINISHING

Weave in all ends.

Fold piece lengthwise, sew bottom seam.

Twist sewn scarf once and sew CO and BO edges tog.
