In Stockinette stitch, 20 sts and 22 rows = 4”/10 cm

Seed Stitch (multiple of 2 sts + 1):

Row 1: *K1, p1; rep from * to last st, k1.

Rep Row 1 Seed st.
Stockinette Stitch (St st):

Knit on RS, purl on WS.

Slip Stitch Pattern #1 (worked on center 133 sts):
Rows 1-4: With Main Color (MC) work in St st for 4 rows. Change to Contrasting Color (CC).

Row 5: *K1, sl 1 pwise, holding yarn in back of work; rep from * to last st, k1.
Row 6: *K1, sl 1 pwise, holding yarn in front of work; rep from * to last st, k1. Change to MC. 

Rows 7-8: Work in St st for 2 rows. Change tp CC.

Row 9: *Sl 1 pwise, holding yarn in back of work, k1; rep from * to last st, sl 1 pwise.

Row 10: *Sl 1 pwise, holding yarn in front of work, k1; rep from * to last st, sl 1 pwise. Change to MC.

Rows 11-12: Work in St st for 2 rows. Change to CC.

Rows 13-14: Rep Rows 5-6. Change to MC.

Rows 15-18: Work in St st for 4 rows. Change color.

Rep Rows 1-18 for Slip St  Patt #1.

Slip Stitch Pattern #2 (worked on center 133 sts):
Rows 1-4: With Main Color (MC) work in St st for 4 rows. Change to Contrasting Color (CC).

Row 5 (RS): *Sl 2 pwise, (holding yarn in back of work at RS), k1, sl 1, k1, sl 2; rep from * 18 times more.
Row 6 (WS): *Sl 2 pwise, (holding yarn in front of work at WS); k1, sl 1, k1, sl 2; rep from * 18 times more,. Change to MC. 

Rows 7-8: Work in St st for 2 rows. Change to CC.

Row 9: *Sl 1 pwise, [k1, sl 1] 3 times; rep from * 18 times more.

Row 10: *Sl 1 pwise, [k1, sl 1] 3 times; rep from * 18 times more. Change to MC.

Rows 11-12: Work in St st for 2 rows. Change to CC.

Rows 13-14: Rep Rows 5-6. Change to MC

Rows 15-18: Work in St st for 4 rows. Change color.

Rep Rows 1-18 for Slip St Patt #2.
